  • WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit, Apple Pay and PayPal
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    LashCoast Beauty Supply must be notified within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Orders passed 10 days of receipt are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization by a LashCoast team member. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. In the event that a return is a result of our error, LashCoast will pay for the return shipping cost. Once we have received the return we will inspect the items to ensure it is eligible for re-sale. Please allow 24 hours for re-processing. You will receive notification with shipping details once your new order has been processed. You will be provided with an exchange, or credit.
  • ORDER CANCELLATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
    Please note all order adjustments, edits, and cancellations need to be made before 8:30 AM PST of the following business day that the order was placed. After this time period the order will go out as is and is not eligible for cancellation or adjustments.

    Yes, we offer international shipping. Our shipping prices are as follows: Within Canada: $15 flat rate Within North America: $20 flat rate Everywhere else: $30 flat rate
